Like jbondguy007 said, the people here are generally quite nice here. But a few words of advice, many users get unnecessarily anal about Send/Win ratio and not giving away games at all (people here call them leechers)
And Number One rule about blacklists:
We do not talk about blacklists.
Seriously, don't do it.

It's a good practice checking the winner's profile before delivering a gift and, if the winner didn't activate some games, or if he won the same game multiple times, you should request a new winner.
