I was also a similar situation as you were, had registered around 9-10 years ago was active here for a few months and then more or less stopped gaming due to various life circumstances, just returned a few months back and have become regular user. Welcome back.

Even though I've been registered on this site for 12 years, I was only active during the first few years, and I've started using it actively again in the past few months. I’m planning to organize some giveaways in the future. Given that, I realized I don’t have a whitelist, so I thought, why not create one?
If you’d like to participate, please leave a comment below. I don’t have any major requirements; I only think it’s fair to at least be level 2 (to ensure the participant has contributed something to the community) and at least 1 giveaway created for the whitelist and/or group.
Also i believe people should say at least “Thank you” to creator when they win a game. Seems like a basic common sense to me.
Other than that I’ll take a look at the comments and choose the ones I like based on my own preferences. I don’t think I’ll be able to do very big number of giveaways. As I mentioned, the goal is simply to create a basic whitelist.
