- If the modem or router firmware has not been updated in over a year since its last version, replace it with a new one.
- Check the security of your computer and smartphone.

- If the software has not been updated in over a year since its last version, check the developer's forum, Twitter, or vulnerability DB to see if the issue has been posted.

i am actually decent at coding but unfortunately i'm too busy with my job at the moment to try to learn how to do this stuff. instead of complaining how stuff doesn't work or requesting someone to fix it, i want to eventually be the one who can go in there & fix it myself

Hi SG,
I was working on a few software updates to our web servers today and I had a bit of free time, so I updated the screenshot viewer with some requested improvements.
I'm going to be working on updates to our database next week, so expect a little downtime. The site will be offline for a few minutes when I snapshot the database for testing and then later in the week it will be down for an hour when I take the database server offline for updates. I'll post an announcement before and after the maintenance takes place.
