It depends.

If you ask if your get CV from it - no, you won't.

However, GA is totally legit in terms of rules, so if you want to do it "properly" you can either:

• Give him a game
• Ask him to agree on GA deletion and send a ticket to support (just hit delete on giveaway page)

Or, simply, not give him the game and deal with +1 not received, if he won't agree on GA deletion and you don't want to give him a game (e.g. because of CV reasons).
