I sent the gift and the winner marked it as Not Received

Why would somebody win something for FREE and still scam the person that gave it to you??? Wow I really don't understand people, I sen't the gift, I have proof of that (I have the email on my sent folder), it is marked on my giveaways as "Not Received" and obviously affecting my CV.

Is there any way to solve this?

Actually the winner has a '.ru' email, I can conjecture he/she is russian. Sorry but after this I'm not trusting those russians anymore, I'll check my winners profiles and if it is russian I'll request another winner.

I'm pretty sure there's no rule that allows you to re-roll if a person is a certain nationality.
