Not related to Games or SteamGifts but.. Question.

This isn't related to SteamGifts or Video Games.

But, I want to create a gaming community.

What would be the best software?

Vbulletin or Invision Power? Both are roughly the same price...IPB looks like it has more for what you get but the community doesn't seem that active?

What is your opinions on which I should get and why?

I prefer vBulletin (vB5). But I think there are more hooks/apps to IPB than vB. If you are not familiar to any CMS, go for IPB.
