I don't know how to start haha. I'll be trying, but good luck everyone!

I am proud to announce the debut of the Automated Hint System (patent pending)! Each of these hints is hidden behind a group puzzle (so you'll all get the hints released at the same time), and the answer to the questions will be revealed through ITH's hints after a set amount of time (and don't bother trying to guess them, they all look like this: tuREtrALEtAX). I won't be around in a few hours so hopefully this will keep you guys going in my absence.

I'm just not sure where I'm supposed to enter the code when I decipher it? There's no private giveaway on your profile and I doubt you'd use a discussion again.
Edit: Got it. QFE95-XXXXX-TM2BK

OK, that makes sense now that you posted the solution. I thought it was a key, but I wasn't sure. I thought he somehow deciphered the entire key from the picture you posted. I was very confused.

Thanks! It was fun. I love the idea of the system by the way.

Alright, here's how to solve it it. First of all, just ignore all the extraneous detail. Like my last puzzle, I like to throw in stuff that doesn't actually mean anything as a diversion, so you've gotta work to figure out what's relevant. The first hint instructs you to stare at the image. The image is actually animated...as an APNG. It's set to show this image for an hour, then switch to an ordered one for just one second before changing back. It is possible, though extremely unlikely, that you might notice this just through looking. But it's okay if you don't, and Chrome users such as myself don't even have native support (though there is an extension to add it, and it will even notify you there's an APNG on the page), because you can simply open up the file in an APNG-aware editor and view the frames directly.
So now you have a code. What do you do with it? I used both old giveaways and discussions as codes in my last puzzle, so those are out. I like throwing new things at you constantly. So what else could it be used for? Well, there's one site that used to have five character URL identifiers: imgur. I still have files uploaded from back then and thus have control over the title and description. So when you take the code and make it into an imgur URL, you are taken to (what used to be) a Steam key and instructions on how to post it here to be whitelisted.

After conducting my recent text adventure puzzle I came up with a few new ideas on how to hide information in plain sight. I don't have anything as fancy to give, and neither will it be as long or complicated, but nonetheless I hope I can entertain a few of you. Only one person can solve this (well, more than that can solve it, but there's only one prize and one whitelist spot on offer). You are welcome to brute-force the code if you wish, and it's entirely solvable that way, but I will warn you now you'll be wasting your time. There's a much easier way to determine the order just by looking at the image.
Without further ado, here is the code for you to decipher:
