Might and Magick FRANCHISE Pack worth it?

HoMM V is okay, but can get annoying with the camera able to move around to any position so you can get lost and miss stuff behind giant trees. Haven't played much of HoMM VI yet. I did play Clash of Heroes on PS3 and it's kind of lame. You can only move where there are pre-positioned circle spots and the story is short. The battle is turn-based but kind of match-3-ish.

It might be better just to pick up HomM V and VI and play them before deciding whether you like them enough to get the DLCs.

Heroes of the Might and Magic V + the 2 expansions are one of my favorite strategy games. Beautiful graphics (especially the cities), huge unit roster, an alright story what else would you want? Sunk many hours in it.

Dark Messiah of Might & Magic has some of the best sword combat I've ever seen in a PC game.

HOMM VI sucks according to anyone I asked so I didn't really bother trying it. Also buggy as hell.

Might and Magic X, Clash of Heroes = ???

Anyway it's up to you, I bought HoMM V gold + Dark Messiah as a pack back then and I'm happy with them.

Get HoMM3 on GoG :)

Honestly though, I can't give you an answer on this as I've never played any of the games (attempted to play HoMM5 before, but it couldn't work on my old PC).

I liked the 3rd, but the 5th was very boring. Never played VI or X legacy.

HoMM 4 is the best. It's not on Steam, though, so get it on GOG.

I like homm 3 and 5, don't 6, but will some day play it too. If you like the classic gameplay go for 3, if you prefer some innovations and good graphics but same mechanics go for 5. If you want more cool graphics, don't care the classic mechanics, want modern stuff like bosses, crap drm, achievements, go for 6.

Clash of heroes is an excelent puzzle game, but online is dead/ only superpros. Watch a video and you will know if you like it.

MMXLegacy don't know, but developers just announced abandonement with all bugs asis. Same ubifail did with homm6... but game may be good.

Don't forget it also includes M&M6, which is one of the best first person RPGs ever made. It's firmly in my top 10 games of all time.

I bought it for X Legacy and Might & Magic 6.
I have only played HOMM V from the pack before and I did not like it that much, I'l much rather stick with HOMM 3. No Idea if the other games in the pack is good, but I like the franchise so I am excited to play them.

thx just bought it ;) for couple more bucks got the rest too so why not. i rread that HOMM 5 is more a remake of 3 and is better, i dunno, didnt play 3.
