Gift suddenly changed region

I've had a Steam gift for One Unit Whole Blood for several months now. I got it from a trade.

But suddenly, it says it's region restricted!

This is a restricted gift which can only be redeemed in these countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Republic of, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Russian Federation.

Do you know how can this be fixed?

It can't be fixed.
The gift was region locked from the beginning, but there were no such warnings until now.
Of course, you can still gift it here, if you want.

It probably means it was region locked already, but had no tag due to a bug. Now the bug has been fixed.
