Since you are new user please let me show you some sites that you really have to read.
First and most important is FAQ - sometimes new users forget to read it and it can even results in suspension ;/
Another important thing are guidelines - it gives you important informations about how to act on website, and what you can and what you shouldn't do. It's absolute must read, just after FAQ

Then last, but not least comment formatting :D It's not mandatory but it have usefull infos and will help you post links and images.

As for other things - you will have to just lurk on forum and participate in discussions :) If you will be nice and will follow the rules, you will soon see how great this community is and they will help you if you will have some problems :)

You can't. You can't choose new winner, you can only ask for reroll. Also you have 7 days to send a key/gift, and winner have 7 days to activate it and mark as received. Please remember about that. Infos about that and other important things are in FAQ and guidelines :)
