So I've seen this deal and the game looks really cool. Then, I also noticed that there is a Collector's Edition that costs almost twice as much. Now, the game looks cool, but is the additional content worth it?
It includes a comic book, soundtrack and an artbook.
Thanks for you answers :)

I don't really like point & click genre. I'll get them if bundled though.not worth full price but that's just my opinion.

I love P&C games, but they also have a very high chance of getting bundled. I'm really trying to avoid buying anything that I think will get bundled before I play it.

I don't have the game but if the additional content is just a comic book, artbook and soundtrack, all in digital version, i don't think it's worth.
Just my opinion.

I bought base game, don't feel like paying twice the price just for digital soundtrack, artbook etc, and Collectors adds nothing gameplay-wise ;p If these digital extras would cost just like 50 cents more - sure, why not, but double the price - it basically means you will buy 1 game less during sale just for them.

Wasn't asking about the original game, just if extra content is worth it. But it's actually a very good idea to play the demo before buying at all. Thanks!

Meh, more indie pixel "art" trash. Pixel art can look fantastic, but you just know from a game being that ugly that the devs are lazy as all hell which will result in a bad game or so minimalistic the sole reason it gets popular is if hipsters and other redditors get a hold of it (see Hotline Miami).

Sure, there's worse... but when you look at a game like Metal Slug which was released eons ago, how can you seriously say it looks awesome? In 2015? I'm not one of those "pretty graphics oOOOoo" addicts but at least try to put some effort into it.

The story's great but it's really hard though, I had trouble passing the first few chapters myself. As for the collector's edition, I have no idea. Got the base game myself, although I do like the option to purchase the additional contents (which is unavailable :/ )

The comic is set just before the game so it gives some back story. If it was a physical edition with these extras it would be a no-brainer, but this being digital makes it a tough choice.
