Steam = Wallet codes
Bundle Sites = Visa.

Use to uses Paypal, but found it annoying and a waste of money getting charged fees.

I used to use Google Wallet wherever it was available, because it was ridiculously simple and convenient, but now that it's no longer a thing, I just use credit card most of the time. That being said, I love the idea of Bitcoin, and I think I'll give it a try in the near future. If all goes well, it may very well end up being my preferred method of payment.

  • PayPal: preferred method atm
  • Visa/Mastercard: only if PayPal is not available and I tend to use virtual ones
  • Local payment method: used to use Paysafecards before I had a bank account, no point on doing it now
  • Bitcoin: too volatile, plus it's known for being used on the dark net
  • Webmoney: not as widespread as PayPal, thus I don't use it

And the darknet is bad how? Sure, it holds illegal things, but that's like complaining that large cities are bad because they are drug den paradises. It's not the city's fault or darknet's fault there are illegal things there, they themselves are wonderful things, it's people who are crappy XD

Pretty much everything that has some sales volume on the darknet is illegal, which is obviously not true with large cities. Not a great comparison...

Let's assume that were the case, how is that an argument against Bitcoin? I mean, cash is used in illegal trades every day, but I'm assuming you still use it, right?

And this would be my next part of my reply, as it's pretty much the exact same argument just for BitCoins XD

That is a laughable statement, especially considering that a nice chunk (and more likely the majority) of products sold on the darknet are emails, hosting services, education services, and information services. I'll go rehook up with my old contacts down there again if you really want more accurate numbers, but your statement is about as true and just as hilarious as those who say the majority of anime is hentai (porn), or the majority of gamers are hateful children who want to go on mass shootings. Just because something appears more predominant and has the most news coverage, doesn't make it the majority by a long shot. It's a case of the village idiot, where there's the one or few people in a village of something good and wonderful, who just keeps yelling very very loudly about his bad and stupid things, so everyone on the outside assumes that the entire village is like him!

But ya, to assume a medium is bad because of a minority of those who use it (hell, even if it were a majority), is wrong to do. The darknet is a wonderful utility that anyone can use! Is it used for evil? Yes, it certainly is, but the surface web is used for illegal things as well.

So i think this isnt safe because if anyone learn your pass he or she can buy what to want. But banks can renew your security information if you call they.

I send them bags of blood, plasma and organs I've culled from recent victims.

IndieGala sometimes takes a bit longer to verify than other sites, but they eventually okay my orders.

Mostly I use PayPal, but I buy steam wallet cards when I can. I may eventually switch to Bitcoin after I bother to get my arse into gear and research it more on how the bloody things work XD

I prefer credit cards over PayPal, since PayPal always defaults to my bank account. If I accidentally chose to debit the funds from my checking account, overdraw may happen if the amount is too large, also I don't get the reward points from using credit cards.

ps: No Amex / Discover?

Its a good one, 1 dollar or euro first time. Its normal to have a "feed" for verification. After that...as i said easy and fast!

I have my PayPal set up so the money is debited directly from my bank account, no messing about with cards, no filling in forms, nothing.

Sometimes I will refuse to shop at a website if they don't take PayPal, but that's not always the case.

Card through PayPal, primarily as the majority of the sites I use are priced in USD. Having the transaction converted on PayPal's end and coming out of my bank in GBP is significantly cheaper than the fees I get charged for non-Sterling transactions.

This varies by bank though, for my previous bank I was charged a percentage of the transaction up to a fixed amount whereas my current bank charge me a fixed fee plus a percentage.
