Actually if you open Steam in your browser on your "cakeday", you get ballons :)

Happens to me as well, same with here, if you use an add-on for some time you forget what is wrong the website itself and what is from the add-on ^^

Just realised that tomorrow 15th is my Steam (NOT SG) cake day! Hah, 4 years. I'm just a baby! :P
