Looking for book to download without Torrent or Kindle.

The book I'm looking for is called "Overcoming Social Anxiety and Shyness" by Gillian Butler and it's not for a friend, it's for myself.

I can't seem to find a free download link that isn't a Torrent or Kindle. Thanks for any help.

I think his point is, if your downloading to just see if you like something before buying then remove it after a preview for personal use , thats when it might be ok , depending on the content

I prefer stream sites for movies rather than downloading, as thats considered a "grey area"

Torrent software and Kindle software are both free to download/use. Unless you are trying to access them from a school/library computer, in which case they might be blocked.

Is the book also free to purchase? If not, then you probably shouldn't even be asking this.

Are you planning to pay for the copy?
Direct download is just as illegal as using a bit torrent software if the license is missing.
