It's been lower than $10 before. They sometimes have it 50% off at $7.50. You should probably wait. $7.50 is not the historical low though.

I bought mine recently from the Valve Complete Pack for $25 (Green Man Gaming had one once for $20, but I didn't get it.) Comes with all the other Valve games, but it's a single key. May not be worth getting if you already own Valve games. Otherwise, it's a pretty good deal.

It used to go 75% and 80% off until idiot "pr0" players successfully whined every sale means more newbie players and cheaters. From then, it was never more than 50%. Then, to add insult to injury, Valve gave it for free to gem cheaters and abusers (honest buyers being rare in that bunch) a week ago rewarding people who almost ruined auction and showing second middle finger to potential buyers :|

I found a seller for 3 keys but I'm still undecided. Should I wait for better discount on sales?

Never been bundled. Valve promised to never sell with bigger promo than -50%, to fight with haxors.

It goes down to $3.74 many times per year, I'm not sure how people miss it.
