To period or not to period one-word sentences?
Leave your country and make a full stop where there are periods.

Aww no one can resist that kitty kitty. Okay, you can stay. But you better start using periods.

What are you talking about? My puzzles are very very easy.

You git it the otherwat around. The proffesors are the ones who lie

It appears to me you have played by the rules, yes.

I do not see a sentence. That is improper use of periods, welcome to my blacklist. Not really.

I am very confused. I am terrible at puzzles. But I do know that sentences require punctuation at the end, regardless of length. If you don't like periods, or full stops, or whatever one ones to call them, you can use a different punctuation.
In most cases, one word sentences are exclamations or questions anyway, so that's that.
"Yay!"
"What?"
In other cases, you can take a neutral and make it sparkly with imagination!
"Huh!"
"Meh?"
Another alternative I just thought of is writing it out.
"Yarpperiod"
"Nofullstop"
Exclamation point?

I decide to use no punctuation at all. Like this:
Yes

Why would it suggest that I am not done speaking?
Let's say, for example, one person asks me "How are you doing?" and I reply: Good
It should not implicate that I have more to say just because I did not reply: Good.
That is just my perspective though.

I do not see how that would affect written speech though.

You are awesome. No periods in one-word sentences for the win.

I like perfect punctuation. Of course, I only really mind my punctuation in forums. In chats, I mostly use punctuation, but not as often. Other than that, I like to use punctuation. It makes phrases flow better, compared to some people who barely, or even don't use any periods or commas.

And here people, is why punctuation is important.

Personally, I like to see punctuation at the end of every sentences, no matter the amount of words. :P
Saying "yes" without a period is like... well, it's like never finishing what you started saying. It's like hanging without ever dropping.

In my head, that "no" sounds monotone and bored, and somewhat like if you recorded yourself saying "no exit" and only kept the word "no". Adding a period to the word makes it sound more confident, and an assured confirmation.

I honestly don't like periods, I prefer commas, but it's not like you can just switch up punctuation though, that'd be too confusing. I'm jealous of countries that use commas for their decimal points,
If the sentence "Yes." could be ended with a comma like "Yes," I'd be happy. Unfortunately you can't really do that without adding anther sentence like "Yes, I am." which kinda defeats the purpose and then still adds a period. And while periods bother me in general, it's worse on a one word sentence, I guess it has to do with the ratio of letters/words to punctuation?

What I do is I never use a period if there is only one sentence with only one word.
Yes No period.
Yes please. Period because there is more than one word.
Yes. I will talk to you later. Period because there is more than one sentence.

I should have specified that I meant single one-word sentences. Periods in multiple one-word sentences are, of course, a necessity.

gramatically a period would be correct. even if you don't like it...

Bump for solved! And I also know what stumped Perro. :)
The exclusive hint in the "I learned my lesson..." helped me with this puzzle in general but I know Perro already has it. :)

But who really needs them in one-word sentences? Why must you put them in one-word sentences? Shouldn't we just leave one-word sentences alone, as they are?
These poor one-word sentences - oh why. Why must you do this to them? They don't deserve such dignity.
One-word sentences should not receive a period. If you want to say "Yes", just say "Yes", not "Yes.". Look at how ugly that dot looks at the end, it looks absolutely horrendous.
What is the correct way to write one-word sentences anyway? Although, like I care about that. I shall use periods wherever I want - and one-word sentences is not one of those places!
Fear not, sentences that only have one word, I will only use periods when I finish writing worthy sentences, like this one, and unlike you.
Rule: Do not use periods in one-word sentences. Whoever breaks this rule will be blacklisted and the period will be deleted. Just kidding, usual rules apply. Or am I?
Special Period: Period - I mean, the first solver will... ummm... receive a cake.
Periods: Type:Rider, Meltdown
End Period: 1 Period (September 18, 23:59 BRT)
Hint: If necessary, when the period comes.
Solution: Morse code. The only tricky part was that the title was included as well. The correct cases of the letters were given in the source code by the number 10611, where 1 was uppercase and 0 was lowercase. Here are all the Morse codes and their correspondent characters:
.--- (J)
--.. (z)
-.... (6)
-.-- (Y)
. (E)
