Ron Glass dies at age 71 :(

Seems like most people know him as Detective Ron Harris on the show Barney Miller. He'll always be Firefly's Shepard Book to me :(

And we lost Abe Vigoda this year too.

I've only watched one or two episodes of Barney Miller, but I've heard it described as one of the most realistic cop shows ever.

yeah I edited the post because I figured people are fans if they clicked the link.

I'm currently watching Firefly now in tribute. He was a fantastic addition to a fantastic show and will be missed :(

Yeah - I was really sad to hear about this - he bought alot to the Firefly series in my opinon, and made us laugh and smile :)
