My old Graphics Card is down so i need a new one :))

I dont think a 960 will make use of 4gig so save some money and get the 2gig

It will. In some games the framrate is much higher in the 4GB version.

do you have some banchmarking rang list of the 4g i dosnt found one , or some Test from msi 960 2g vs 4g

As you can see it depends, but 4GB cards can be much faster.

thx thats good to now because i have an 4k tv with 1 ms hope they will work on good settings :)

1 FPS difference until your resolution goes above 1080
Sometimes at 1080 the 2gig card was faster
4gig is meant for resolutions above 1080
EDIT: if you are not gaming above 1920x1080 resolution the 2gig card is more than adequate.

In some cases yes, but in many games you have even 25% more fps in 1080p (i.e. 75 vs 58fps in the COD test I linked). So it's not only for 4K and such. Also new games have higher resolution textures than older ones, so it will matter in the long run.

4gb is for +1080p gaming, if you play at lower resolution dont bother.
but your main concern is the processing power of the GPU and im not up to date on the nvidia line up
