Counter strike GO: free weekend effecting/effected steamgifts

I can't enter to win Counter Strike:GO because it says I already own the game even though I do not own it. any ideas?

Try to force refresh your acc. If not listed in games owned, it should change.
To ref. go Account - Sync Acc. and click that thingy that says Sync Account

This happens with every free weekend. The only thing you can do is force sync and wait.
