Gifts are (generally speaking and in this specific case) legally binding and you have no right to something you have given away after the transfer of ownership. I suggest you consult a local lawyer if you believe your case for some reason is the magical exception to the rule.

I have every right to get them back as I gave them away.
No you don't. Once you give something to someone, that thing is no longer yours. It now belongs to the person you gave it to and that person has every right not to return it ;)

I know. I gifted someone a cake last year and would like to eat it myself now. I think I have a right for it.
Sorry for the irony. You can't get your gifts back. You can win someone elses games with some patience.

You're right, it's not. I'm not sure why I said so.

Too bad you didn't give games. If you had ever owned them to begin with, you might have a case (you would lose, but at least your demand would be intelligible). But you're simply making a category mistake. You gave non-transferable licenses for a service. You never had (and therefore never gave away) any games, fool.

You might want to chargeback your credit card, and buy them again for yourself.
But if you are just looking for keys, you still have them in your Giveaway Created page.
Or you could create steamungifts.com or steamgiftsback.com where the lucky winner will have to give you back a given gift you gave away here.

It's like donating your money to organization like "Make a wish" and after a year or so, to ask them to give your money back, because you changed your mind. This never happened or I never heard of such thing. Same here.

I remember that one time I fed my friend since he was hungry. Anyways, 3 days later, I was regretting my decision. I couldn't even sleep from that regret. So, I went to him and said that I wanted my food back.
He of course, since he's a good guy overall, reverse digested the food and gave it back. So, go ahead and let those people know of your troubles :)

I want the games that I gave away back. I have every right to get them back as I gave them away. I do not wish to have them given away anymore and wish for all games that I gave away to be returned.
