Any tips about solving the puzzle?
There are usually 5 characters in a giveaway so I tried them 5 by 5.
Any suggestions?

Something as simple as holding the door open for someone or saying "Thank you" might cheer them up for at least a few minutes.

I do these all the time - it can make one's day, and as one usually smiles when doing these actions, it improves my mood a little as well. While it's often hard to do so, it's proven that even if you're mood is bad, if YOU smile, it will get somewhat better. Sometimes you need to force yourself as well to smile, to get a little happier.

and would like to kindly suggest you look through your own and do the same to users who might deserve a second chance.

You may want to change that phrasing to something along the lines of 'kindly ask you to reconsider your own blacklisted users', which puts the responsibility of consideration on the audience.

The use of 'kindly suggest', there, implies forcefulness, as that's how that phrase is typically used.
Moreover, the word 'suggest' itself implies necessity-
(Suggest: to mention (something) as a possible thing to be done, used, thought about, etc.
implied usage: to say that (someone or something) is good or deserves to be chosen (ie, you SHOULD do this))

In the context of something personal like blacklists, that has the further implication of stating that we're not competent enough to evaluate the lists properly ourselves/that our approach is in some manner wrong.

Which is a rather unfortunate way to ask for a generous mindset :P

(And no, I'm not picking at your grammar: That seems to be the actual implication you're making- especially in light of the DAILY 'clear your blacklist' posts that do in fact have such intentions.)
