In short, the update restricts gifts which may have originated from a package to 20% of the total value (Note: Giveaways created before a beam always receive full value).
OK, I agree with this "transition", but not good anyway.
When I gift those 4 games, had € 29.97 in value and rose only 0.03 € but joking?
I have this gift:
1) Tropico Trilogy € 19.99 (-20%) = € 15.99
2) Combat Wings: Battle of Britain € 4.99 (-20%) = € 3.99
3) Zeno Clash 2 € 14.99 (-20%) = € 11.99
4) The First Templar - Steam Special Edition € 14.99 (-20%) = € 11.99
Total = € 43.96 (at my house so the results are -. -)
And I received € 0.03 lol?

Yes, because you think the others are "good heart"? lol, I have them gift for generosity gift even some games I had on the account, the thing I do not understand why there are others who alzono the CV every 10 € and I € 0.03, that's all, if you do a wild second question of an oddity is "selfish" then you are not very good for the brain, sorry.
