It's up to devs. As soon as they deem the game "worthy" to appear on Steam they send them files, store descriptions and so on.

Thanks :) I spent hundred of hours playing Panzer General in the nineties, and this is the closest to that game there is. There's a PG fan remake, but it's buggy, and the creator dropped off the face of the planet.

I haven't played Nation Red much, but I think Crimsonland is a better game, and it'll be great to see more updates to it. Hopefully the long awaited sequel will follow too.

Whoo-hoo, Freedom Fall's been greenlit! I enjoyed this game quite a bit, and I'm happy to see that it'll be headed to Steam soon. Hopefully, it'll have a few more levels in it, as the game is pretty short.

DTP is bankrupt? I'm sure you mean the devs of the first BM game - Future Games. They are bankrupt indeed. However BM 2 and 3 were published by DTP Ent which is not bankrupt as far as I know.

Yes, I ment DTP, you can google it. Also Venetica and Gray Matter (games published by DTP) were greenlit some time ago but never released on Steam.
