I gave away steam key and tried game by downloading it from HB..
I found that left alone , I'm neither creative nor imaginative plus get really bored easily if i can't get anything to shoot at every 10 seconds.

For redeemed games, yes. For unredeemed ones its still 2 months. I know cuz I did a refund 2 months old myself.

False. I got rejected for trying to refund gift that I bought myself in my inventory which was 1.5 months old. They said explicitly in their reply that I exceeded 14 days grace period to refund.
