Giveaway loading problems

Yes, on and off. Sometimes helps if I open a new browser.

Everyone is, even Support staff trying to respond to tickets.

Yes and the whole Steamgifts site seems slow. Maybe problems with server or flood of new users?

The first days SG V2 was released i had this problem but after a few days it solved for me !

Maybe the problem is back again . Since i don't enter giveaways much these days i didn't experience it !

Yesterday when I confirmed a giveaway it took about 3/4 minutes before it showed the giveaway screen. Mostly this takes only seconds.

Right now i press the the Entry buttom and get stuck, and have to refresh several times

I'm experiencing the same with the difference that it started just yesterday for me.
Whole page loads slowly, entering a giveaway sometimes takes ages and sometimes it works as quickly as before, but most importantly I have the feeling that points regenerate much slower, too.
Before the loading issues I was back at 300P every evening/morning but now it only goes up to about 150. Or did they change the points recovery rate recently?

Edit: The moment I submitted this message the loading issues were gone... let's see how long this will last. :-)

Ah, good to know others have this problem as well, so it might get fixed.

And now i even cant create giveaways..its loading and gives a empty site after submitting.

i tried more then 8 times for like 20 min to enter 2 giveaways, and still couldnt get past the loading (after you click enter)

The average user will get annoyed after just 15 seconds of no, or slow, response.
A lot of people will stick it out here, since these are GAs, but the slow site has become very frustrating this past week.

Yeah, today I had to refresh 20+ times to enter a giveaway, and opening a new browser wasn't working. I cleared out my cookies and then it worked perfectly. I'm sure it will start up again soon, but maybe clearing cookies is a temporary fix until they get it officially fixed?

It's kind of funny that if you join a giveaway and comment at approximately the same time. Both will load for 30 seconds to 2min then the comment will appear without allowing you to join the giveaway. Then I seem to be unable to join the giveaway afterwards. So join the giveaway, then comment! :D

site slowed down to production speed of half life 3, volvo pls.

Yes, all weekend, and especially today. Loading pages takes too long, but entering giveaways without getting an infinite loop of "Please wait..." seems impossible now.

I have missed out on a couple of wishlisted giveaways just now, I've been trying for over an hour, can't enter anything, those servers are really struggling right now.

been trying to enter that Risen 3 giveaway for 20min without success :(

Haven't been able to enter a single giveaway for about a full day now, forever loading regardless of refresh tries or browser used.
