Children of Morta - Not a hidden gem but a good game.
Nox - not on steam Origin or GOG - Too old but I could play it on Windows 10.
Minecraft Dungeons 😁 - Windows Store only
Speaking of Windows store, did you know you can play Eternium on PC?
And by the way, Dragon Age Origins is a very good rpg but not a hack'n'slash game.

Haven't played but i know the game, definitely one of the the best you can find in the genre, it makes most of the others looking dull in comparison. Amazon is going to release it for the West as far as i know but no release date yet. Not sure where you heard April.
Depending on what aspect you like about hack'n'slash you could have a look at Blue Protocol (releasing this year) or Black Desert Online (was free to grab on steam recently), both are more like action-rpg than traditionnal hack'n'slash but some aspects of it i find satisfying. Maybe even look at Warframe ?
Other than that from your WL, i'd try Last Epoch, Wolcen or Darksiders Genesis personally.
If you're interested in small indie project take a look at Lucen on Steam aswell.

CrossCode? I mean, yeah, that's more RPG and has lots of puzzles and exploration in it too, but since I've seen people compare Hyper Light Drifter, which is in your list, to it a lot, CrossCode should also count, right? ;D
On a different note, ENSLAVED: Odyssey to the West maybe? It's not mind-blowing or anything but has reasonable Hack-And-Slash combat in it.
The God Eater series (I'll just link the one I've played) is more methodical in a Monster Hunter-sort of way but it's also really good.
While Recettear is a shop management game you also have the option (and are strongly encouraged) to dungeon dive for loot to sell, with the dungeons having pretty nice old-school-ish Hack-And-Slash gameplay. Its predecessor, Chantelise, doesn't have shop management in it so it's 100% a Hack-And-Slash-y game.
Those are all the ones I can think of off the top of my head right now which you don't already have in your list. ^_^

BloodLust: Shadowhunter may look janky, but it is surprisingly good!

The list in op seems a lot more about RPG than hack’n’slash !!!
Seriously I love Dragon Age series, but how the heck it is considered hack’n’slash.. Assassin's Creed series looks and feels way hack’n’slash than Dragon Age series
And Darksiders series isn't on the list ?!!!

Wow. I respect ANYONE that put down Sacred Gold as I had that YEARS ago, before there was a steam. It's SUCH a great game and I sometimes find myself going back once in a while.
As for on topic, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Sundered yet.
Also, Chasm and Dust are two more amazing games.
If you want a challenge, though, there's always Blasphemous and Hollow Knight.
And you can NEVER go wrong with the Dark Souls games. Well, maybe with Dark Souls 2......
And for one last drop- the Castlevania games.
