[SUGGESTION] [IMPLEMENTED] Improve Steam API Integration

Recently steam added a possibility to get profile-limited games too when getting user library. Supporting this will allow to fix the issue when users are still able to enter giveaways for profile-limited games even when they own it. It's very easy to add, and it is crucial to have, so I believe this should have very high priority.
Technical details:
GetOwnedGames API endpoint now has skip_unvetted_apps parameters. When this parameter set to 0, it will return all games owned by user, including "profile features limited" type of games. When omitted, this parameter considered equal to 1.

I don't know, but I guess you are right. Banned games are still not listed. But considering the huge amount of profile-feature-limited games, I still believe this will be a great improvement.

So steam still works on their api... they just still can't be bothered to add support for looking up DLC content i guess lol.

Yeah, seeing owned DLCs would have been great. Well, I totally not expected that Valve will make this change with profile-limited games, so maybe one day they will make an option to get DLCs too?
