After more than 8 days he has signed up finally on steam, he went to my steam profile wrote a small message and left again after only 11 min. while I explained it on his steam profile in vain.... and when he will read it given his knowledge of english? (he marked that game - not received)

Request New Winner is not possible because its HB direct link (novelty from HB) , only to delete giveaway and for that I need that person again which is not good because he have a game but does not know how email works but he will eventually find it and I will stay without my cv or with a bad reputation :/

Greeting.
It's been 6 days since you won a game "Sakura Beach" on SG (You sent this gift to ............) and has not yet been activated even though it was sent immediately that day and I see every day you are an active member on SG. I said in the description where and how the game is being sent if you understand english well. Pls don't forget to mark the gift as received. Tnx!

This is what I wrote in description if you read and understand what it says when I was giving giveaway and this is your listed e-mail ............ The same procedure was also used for others game winners (sent to all which are received and confirmed by them which can be seen from my profile on the SG page in the last few days except you.

Attention!

The game will be sent directly to the winner via my HB "Keys" page.I put your e-mail address in the empty space box and send it to you. No more copy/past link game from Humble Bundle and then go to my own email mailbox. A month ago this was not the case and a praiseworthy move from The Humble Store! ;)

The Humble Store sent you the game directly to your email that you posted on your SG profile!!!

When you win something you get this - a guy from South Korea, you won a new game - Sakura Beach from SG (SteamGifts space.cat@steamgifts.com) and in the second message from Me/HB store link!

There's a small chance that winner did not recieve e-mail from humble (cause his email-adress has weird letters after @)
I had same situation with one winner with some shady mail like example@shady.ru
Did u try to contact with humble support?

If they can give you the link instead or the steam key (or maybe you can access it yourself), and then give that to the winner, maybe that he can understand.

Don't see a marked not received as bad rep, it eventually happens.

Unexpected things can always happen, like i am waiting on a winner that got suspended right after he won something from me (and i could reroll, but i still have to wait and i will give it to him anyway).
As long as you dont got a whole bunch of not received marks, then people would blame you.
