Winners not accepting their games?

I made a giveaway a month ago for the game Bunch of Heroes and I've been trying to add the winner on Steam since then but he never added me and keeps denying the request. I still have the copy of the game and I'm thinking about trading it if he doesn't accept again. Kinda annoying seeing the game unchecked on my list of giveaways.

Edit: Also on another note, the 'Recieved' part on the list for my Hydrophobia giveaway still says 'Awaiting User Response' even though I did send Hydrophobia to the winner of that giveaway and he accepted. Is there anything I can do about that?
