The average purchase amount stat isn't being displayed, unlike the case with every single bundle/sale before, and it doesn't seem like that it should be $5.80. Is this BTA amount set manually for the weekly sale?

All-time average! The average of all humble bundles. Paradox probably asked them to use the all-time average rather than give away Crusader Kings II for $2.60 when the average dips to that.

I'm pretty sure they're using the all-time average rather than just from this bundle to keep the BTA price from getting too high, because of the $125 option. They may have overestimated how many people would buy that.
