Still took a bit more effort than your OP ;) We can see you're pretty new here: try to be a bit more talkative in the future, this forum is more community-oriented. You'll get a lot more help if you ask nicely and talk, than if you just throw a question in the title with an empty body.
So, kinda had to do it - it's empty, but it still has a link hidden :D this one - find something there, and keep an eye open descriptions on public giveaways, there are some groups or curators linking to their private groups.

Lots of groups do giveaways. The post you made is under the category "group recruitment" if you click on that you should see all the groups that advertise here.
Most of the groups that do giveaways, especially "good" giveaways, require you to make an effort as well to give away games, review games or even meet a monthly play quota.
EDIT: They may also have a monthly giveaway quota that consists of a certain SG level, Whitelist and Group only giveaways and giveaways of a certain SG points.
This is why I'm not in any, I have trouble keeping up.
