It's your region, I get 20.69 after the 10% as well, I am in latin america, I think we get lower prices for XCOM games I saw the same trend on The Bureau a few months back, may be all of 2K or Firaxis games, not sure really, but I take the low price very kindly, I love XCOM :)

Yeah but it doesn't seem to be an actual pricing when it comes to finalizing it. Even though I'm in El Salvador at the moment it just shoots back up to $26.99. I only got it to stay at $20.69 once but it wouldn't process it because there was an error or something.

Steam region spazzing out. For example Steam prices for me keeps switching from AU and US. The prices in the store and my wishlist are different.

So for the past few days I noticed that the price for XCOM Enemy Within was jumping between $26.99 and $20.69 and as of yesterday
it just stays at $20.69 with a base price of $22.99 on my wishlist for some reason. I can't tell if it's my region or not or maybe it's just a glitch. I tried buying it but it reverts to $26.99 in the end just before finalizing and the store page goes back to the same price as well.
Is anyone else seeing this?
Also, I can't see what other region would have Enemy Within at a base price of 22.99.
