I got it. Man, it was hard as i don't know Chinese, so i used Google Translator, lol.

I have been unable to find out the meaning of the two more complicated symbols on the right. Google is failing me with a bunch of crappy name websites. I found a tool that converts drawn characters, but apparently I suck at drawing them because it spits out junk when I enter those. The worst part is I know the meaning of the left symbols and am 90% sure I know their purpose in terms of the puzzle.

Haven't participated in these kind of puzzles here at SteamGifts yet, solved the left column, no idea about the right one though :\

Something has to do with old Chinese children's song or that's totally not the right direction I'm going? :P
