You lose some CV over time as games drop their base price, but it is negligible over level 5-6. CV also fluctuates due to Steam API fuck-ups, like the usual Daedalic game price increase/decrease we had last week as well.
Honestly, my main gripe is that there is no natural inflation/CV devaluation, since it means if you reach a level, no incentive to give more as you stay there forever.
If you mean points for entry, then they restock. They restock way too fast, even.

So if a giveaway's point value constantly decreases over time, won't I just keep losing levels? Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of trying to gain them?
