You scam a system instead of accessing a legit product you would or would not purchase. This is worse than piracy. With piracy, there's not way to prove loss of profit, but here? You buy games, get full thing, refund, and keep them. Outright theft

Pirating is copyright infringement. This is exploiting a loophole. Which, while morally questionable, is legal.

I don't think it's possible - go to refund FAQ and read about bundles/packs. when you refund they take all games. if you got more playtime than 2h in all games combined, not only prison archuitect - no refund.
