No because it's not a 2 pack, It's one game, full priced, and you get an extra one because the publishers are nice people. There's also another thread about this already.

I was intending to write this comment on that thread you linked, but I forgot about it so I'll write here instead. :p
In my view, "buy-one-get-one-free" is a deal - a limited time offer. The only way to purchase Frozen Synapse is to purchase and obtain 2 copies, it's not possible to purchase one copy individually; for that reason I consider that an individual copy to be worth half of what it costs to actually buy the 2 copies of the game.
I think the whole 2-copies thing exists simply as a way to get more people playing the game, and to be honest it probably works; however my opinion is as stated - and I think giveaways for single copies should be half of what it is currently.
Whether or not the points-cost for Frozen Synapse will change is up to CG to decide, considering it hasn't changed as of yet I'm guessing that his opinion is the same as yours; but what's stated is how I feel about the game's distribution and value. :p

Since the game comes in a 2 pack, shouldn't the points cut in half?
