The title implies to be used on SteamTrades, but I'll answer.

You can redeem it to get the DLC

Usually you can redeem keys that contain both the game you own and extra stuff (such as DLC). Haven't tried this particular one but I've activated collections' keys in the past while I only missed some extra things on them.

As far as I know you will get the DLC but it will be a waste of the base game, im actually in the same situation
