Is 95 the amount of money in USD you spent eating out in Japan?

My guess is that when you're in a foreign country you don't really eat in any other way than "eating out", unless you're living at someone or you have a kitchen (and cooking isn't recommended that way, you risk a lot when outside your continent, for example when I went to Egypt milk was dangerous unless you knew what to do with it, and tap water wasn't good for washing dishes)

I'd say if you're in a foreign country on vacation, you want to try the local cuisine as much as possible. We ate out for every single meal and Japan isn't exactly a cheap country.
