Anyone else getting tired of seeing NSFW profile pics?

It makes coming to SG super fun while at work.

It also makes me wonder about the maturity level so someone that uses those kind of pictures, most the time i have to skip over their giveaways or forum posts. =(

For those of you with the "you shouldn`t be here while at work", i work in online customer service, there is plenty of time to browse the interwebs.

and I see many boobies and butt pics that i would say are NSFW. to me NSFW is = to WNSG (would not show grandma) lol. =)

i would give examples that i currently see but thats too close to calling out.

But i appreciate all the feedback everyone.

When you see a NSFW image, its their steam icon so goto their steam profile and report them to steam, after all they are not suppose to have those.

Weird, I haven't seen any NSFW profile pic, except on NSFW sites.... Maybe because I don't pay too close attention to people's avatars.

Considering the size of avatars here how would anything be NSFW, most of the time it can be hard to get what they are even for you, the one reading the page, let alone someone looking over your shoulder. Also, i'v never seen a NSFW avatar around here to begin with.

Also, as other pointed out, if you're at work do your damn job don't waste time on sg complaining about people's avatars =))

the size is scalable, whats small to you might be big to others, and the size of the images are not the point, plus they get bigger once inside a giveaway.

If you read the posts you`d see i have much of down time at work. so this "do my damn job" remark holds no water.

also there was no complaint, simply a discussion.

Yeah and apparently you missed the smiley at the end of the sentence that pointed out it was a joke, you can do whatever you want at work ofc. Again, even scalable, they should still not be easy to see for anyone behind you, unless you're work involves a gigantic monitor , if that's the case you have my apology. Unless you just meant you didn't like people using them to begin with.

Don't think I've seen any truly NSFW pictures on here, maybe some people in bikinis or anime people making "suggestive faces"...
But even then, unless you actually GO to someone's profile they're very small, probably even less than 64 x 64 pixels.

No problems for me. I would even access ThePirateBay with bigger NSFW pictures on the sides. It's only pornography if you consider that pornography. But I'm from Brazil, Carnaval could be considered 'pron' (no more than Mardi Gras)...

Usually because someone above them has stated that there will be no viewing that material at work and it is something one can be terminated for. Not that you can blame most companies for it because sites with NSFW content also often have viruses and malware and that can mean lots of work for IT to resolve it and potential security leaks of sensitive customer information.
