Background image on giveaway page

All of the Starvoid giveaways have background images in the bluish grey areas, whereas those in other giveaway pages are generic.
I've never actually noticed this until now. Is this a new feature for certain games?

I think that means that this game had an special "developer's giveaway" listed on the front page, like Starvoid and Dwarfs?! did.
