TF2 gift wraping bug, HELP PLEASE

i have a gift wrap and a non-tradable item, but when i try to wrap it, after the count down, nothing happens, i can hear the cheering noises and the wraping sound, but nothing changes afterwards.
im sure that the item should be wrap able, because when i clock on the gift wrap and then on it, it doesn't say that you cant apply the tool to this item.
Btw, the item that im trying to wrap is call Summer Shades.
what can i do to fix this ?
i already restarted steam and the game, and did the integrety of the game cache, but nothing worked
