[Suggestion] 'intro' section for Steamtrades posts

Currently, the 'description' section of trades is beneath the I have/I want sections, which isn't ideal for those with longer lists. While it's obviously possible just to put text at the start of the I Have section, I think it'd look better to have the description part before it, or to have a separate section for an introductory description.
