isnt it suspicious that the account owns all the confirmed legitimate bundle games (Fear 2, Fear 3, Batman, etc.) but doesnt own the ones from the picture? (fear 1, guardians of whatever) why would he use those but not redeem these?

I'm a Korean and I went to the source, and this seems legit.
This 파워가모자라 guy apparently is new to HB(and probably to Steam), and asking people what he should do to gift these games to his friend. He bought it twice because he redeemed the games for himself the first time by mistake, and looks like he got the bonus on the 2nd one.
