What's the actual timezone used by gaben?

it says 8/29/2014 5:53:52 AM before i can use the market..

i already searched google and some were saying its pacific time.. it already passed and i cant still use the market.. :/

Seriously now, I think it is the same time you authorized your account on that PC. So if it was 7pm in your timezone, could it be 7pm today?

It may be using the BST timezone, so it is 2:46pm. Wait 3 hours and a bit and see if it is lifted by then.

edit,, i was wrong looking at steamgifts time XD.. ok maybe ill also try reopening my steam frequently :/
