Czech people - I need Your help

Hi Guys.
I really need some information about a control of public finance in Czech Republic and what does happen when public finance sector makes something that brakes a law.
I need some websites, Wikipedia notes, or something like that because it's very hard to find a piece of information even with google translate :)

Hi! I can tell you already you won't find anything in English, but I guess you already know that.

This is the official website of the Ministry of Finances and this is the public sector part. I have no idea if this will help or how google translate will handle it, but hopefully it will be of use. Let me know if you want to find anything specific and I'll try to help :)
