yes. I rerolled a new winner as i found out after 2 months that the guy whom i sent the key to did not mark it as received nor activate the game on his account.

Wow, that was a long day. Try contacting them and sending them the key directly through Steam so you can get it straightened out.

" i've not sent him the key as i was out the whole day." - you have 7 days after GA ends before winner can mark as not received. so it wasn't just "one day delay".

So one of the winner of my giveaway marked my gift as not received and i've not sent him the key as i was out the whole day. Do i still send him the key or do i request a new winner?
Edit: This was a new winner, the previous winner did not activate his game nor mark the gift as received.
