Should i Chang my Steam Store Country
I changed my region from EU to Russia less than month ago and now prices are 4x cheaper and new AAA games(watch dogs 2, gta v...) are just 30$ even if u preorder triple A game it would be much more cheaper.
So, I highly recommend u to change region to Russia if u have a chance(legally)

Edit: u can use VPN, but there's a very low chance that your account will be banned, so I recommend u to make a new alt account withR ussian VPN and use family sharing between those accounts, so u will have less chance to get a ban on your main account

In my opinion, I don't think the prices make
any sense. No matter how others try to justify
the differences between regions or disparity.
I think Valve/Steam should give everyone the
same low price as they give other regions. But,
there is the issue of them losing out on money
if they do that including other issues.
If you'd like to go through with purchasing from
other regions; I won't stop you, or tell you not to
do it. I will tell you that Valve/Steam will ban you
'if' they catch you.
If you are okay with that; then, by all means, go
for it. It's your choice.

Well, to do it legally you gotta go to Russia yourself. If I recall correctly, the store region on your account won't change unless you actually attempt to purchase the games yourself. That's how my store region changed from SEA to AUS.
You can always use a VPN to do so, but I don't wanna risk my account being terminated by Valve.
