When someone is a burden to you, would you rather be thanked for having to deal with them or receive an apology?
words mean nothing without action. be sorry or be thankful will always be better than say sorry or say thank you.

The poll question is:
When someone is a burden to you, would you rather be thanked for having to deal with them or receive an apology?
It doesn't necessarily mention "saying" thanks or sorry, only to be thanked or receive an apology; not necessarily a verbal one. Regardless, I agree.

I agree... I had to fill the question with a context because my language/culture kinda forced me to fill the context to answer.
