Blacklist. If you blacklist someone, that person can't enter your giveaways, will see an error message about you can't access the GA because the creator blacklisted you.
And because balance, there's whitelist (WL - don't confuse it, sometimes WL means wishlist, if talking about games) which is like a separate group for hand-picked people.

Bump! Really good to see that with SGTools, you can create low level giveaways while still keeping up some rules - if I remember well that was the main reasons behind making the high level giveaways of yours in the past
