Anyone here ever did a refund?

Youll get your money after the steam sale for sure. 5-6 days.
Before the sale was 1-2 days, after the refund policy the games on steam have low fps and i wonder why...:P

i got a refund in around 3 hours. however, it was for a game that i had just bought and put in my gift inventory.

i got a refund within a few hours but the money for my steam wallet is still pending been about 2 days,still waiting.

I did one, because I bought a game a then remembered that sales were coming. It take some days and then a week more to get the money back, not sure if it's standard.

Well, I've done a refund once recently because the game I've just bougth appeared in the very next flash sale. I've never even played it, so perhaps it helped to get the refund quickly. In fact, it took about 15 minutes to get a confirmaion of the refund, but few days to get the money back. Of course, your case is not the same as mine, so perhaps you'll have to wait longer. But who knows. Just try it.

You should check your pc before you buy the game, try demo or just recommended requirements

I just did one, One Finger Death Punch is really one 99% game because a 1 year old could play the game...
It took about 1-2 days for it to be confirmed and another 1-2 to get my money back.

I got my refund today, I ordered it 3 days ago.

first time : 1 hour for answer, 3 days for money back
second time : 4 hours for answer, 3,5 days for money back
